We endeavor to inform authors of the decision on their manuscript(s) within six weeks of submission. All submitted papers will be assessed and judged based on their quality by the technical committee and panel of reviewer (local and international). Papers that describe research and experimentation are encouraged; following acceptance, the paper will be published in the conference proceedings.
