Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations of your participation must be received in writing by the host.  Refunds for canceling your participation in this conference after payment has been made are as follows:

More than 30 days before the conference’s date
50% of conference fees refundable
15 - 30 days before the conference’s date
25% of conference fees refundable
Less than 15 days before the Symposium
No refund allowed
